CauseWorth Insurance, Inc. founder and CEO Jason M. Jenkins, started the company with a focus to affect change in the social sphere. Recognized for its innovative business leadership, CauseWorth is creating positive change in the insurance industry with its uniqueness over other insurance companies in the market place. As an independent brokerage firm representing the top insurance carrier nationwide, CauseWorth offers clients the opportunity to direct 10-30% of gross revenues from every policy to the nonprofit /charity of their choice.

CauseWorth’s origins began with Jenkin’s involvement as the CEO of the Human Factor Leadership Academy (HFLA) – a nonprofit currently building a kindergarten through college curriculum in Ghana, Africa (www.humanfactorla.org.) His involvement in the Academy lead Jenkins to look deeper for ways to support HFLA and other nonprofits and charities. Since its launch, CauseWorth’s Team has also dedicated employee time to work hand in hand with organizations such as Rady’s Children Hospital, the Make A Wish Foundation, Father Joe’s Villages and Stand Up For Kids.

As a visionary entrepreneur who incorporates a “giving back” philosophy in his businesses and his life; Jenkin’s believes CauseWorth’s efforts will raise awareness and additional financial support across America for charities and their missions.
